N2growth has received its fair share of hardware and has been placed on a bunch of lists, a few of which we've noted below. That said, we're grounded enough to know that any recognitions we have received are due to the support and loyalty of our stakeholders. Moreover, we realize the frivolity of resting on our laurels, and are committed to keeping our eye squarely on the ball. Put simply, while we are thankful for the recognition, we don't place our value in awards, but in the relationships that have allowed us to achieve them. 

Leadership Development Awards:
N2growth was named to the 2013 watchlist of the world's Top 20 Leadership Development Firms produced by TrainingIndustry.com. Companies on this prestigous list were recognized for thought leadership, innovative services offerings, and quality of clientele. 

Executive Search Awards:
N2growth's executive search practice was named to the 2012-2013 list of the Top 20 Executive Search Firms worldwide. Ranked #5 on the list, N2growth was the only boutique search firm ranked in the Top 10, and was described as "The elite of the boutiques."

Social Media Awards:
There's no shortage of leadership content on the Internet, but few individuals have impacted the leadership industry in recent years in the way Mike Myatt has. Through his leadership columns on Forbes, CEO.com, The Huffington Post, and contributions to countless other publications, or his writing on the The N2growth Blog, which is frequently recognized as one of the top leadership blogs on the internet (see blog awards), Mike Myatt freely shares his insights with more than 2 million readers a week. He is also widely followed as a popular leadership personality to follow on Twitter.

Executive Leadership Awards:
Mike Myatt, N2growth's Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer is widely regarded as America's Top CEO Coach, is included on most lists of top leadership authors/authorities, and is considered to be among the World's Top 25 Leadership Experts. He is the author of "Leadership Matters...The CEO Survival Manual" and has been noted in several publications including Psychology Today, The Washington Post, Forbes, Success, Entrepreneur, CIO Magazine and more. Mr Myatt's theories on leadership and innovation are taught at many of the nation's leading business schools where he is a frequent guest lecturer.
