Moreover, we realize the frivolity of resting on our laurels, and are committed to keeping our eye squarely on the ball. Put simply, while we are thankful for the recognition, we don't place our value in awards, but in the relationships that have allowed us to achieve them.

He is the author of "Leadership Matters...The CEO Survival Manual" and has been noted in several publications including Psychology Today, The Washington Post, Forbes, Success, Entrepreneur, CIO Magazine and more. Mr Myatt's theories on leadership and innovation are taught at many of the nation's leading business schools where he is a frequent guest lecturer.

There are lots of leadership blogs on the Internet, but few that have been recognized to the degree that the N2growth Blog has. The N2growth Blog is frequently recognized as one of the top leadership and innovation blogs on the internet. Mike Myatt is also widely regarded as one of the top leadership authorities to follow on Twitter.
