Brian Layer, Brigadier General, United States Army (Retired), serves as chair of the organizational development practice at N2growth. Brian has a distinguished record of operationalizing complex global initiatives resulting in leadership and organizational excellence. During his Army career, he served in a variety of leadership assignments culminating as the Army Chief of Transportation and Commandant of the Army Transportation School and Center. He has directed both global sustainment and surface distribution operations for the Army and twice commanded a brigade in Iraq.
Brian is highly regarded for his ability to build, develop and lead effective individuals, teams and organizations. After a full career as a senior leader in the U.S. Army, Brian now works with both public and private sector clients helping them translate strategic vision into high performance organizations. John Baldoni, serves as the chair of the leadership development practice at N2growth. John is an internationally-recognized leadership educator, executive coach, speaker, and author. Patricia Lenkov, heads up the global executive search practice at N2growth. Prior to joining N2growth, Patricia was the CEO of Agility Search, a firm she founded and operated for four years. She was previously a member of the board of directors practice at Spencer Stuart, and prior to that Patricia spent six and a half years with Heidrick & Struggles where she conducted board and C-level search assignments for Fortune 500 companies. Patricia is highly regarded in board circles having been directly involved in the successful culmination of more than 250 board searches.
Patricia is widely regarded as a thought leader on board recruiting, corporate governance, composition, and succession. She is well known for her work on board diversity, and sits on the New York Steering Committee of 2020 Women on Boards.
