Another good post Mike.

Acknowledging critics upfront really helps with credibility and sends a message about the messenger’s confidence in the message and themself.

I have noticed that when I prep for a presentation and have my key points sharply defined, I get positive feedback from the audience. When someone asks me about an operational matter in the corridor and I haven’t got the key points mentally articulated, I am all over the place.

Thanks for the comment. I agree with you about the importance of being consistently on point with messaging. Wandering off course, or trying to cover too much ground can derail even the best communicators. Thanks for sharing Peter.
