Thanks for your comment. What&#039;s really neat is that smart marketing not only allows small fish to swim in big tanks, but allows them to do it with just as much efficiency and effectiveness as the large fish. Thanks for sharing Tom.  </description>

		<description>Great post Mike.  We are just arriving at the place where the consistency of our marketing is in compliance with all other aspects of our church. Of course, as you so well stated, our marketing must not violate our values.  This creates a struggle for employees and customers.  We are learning the major players always market their brand with style and consistency.  May all us small fish learn to swim in the big tank!   </description>
