The question is, do you know yours? and have you created Evangelist. Through networking to fill a, say, CEO spot for a client, the effective brand came up when I asked for the best leader in ____ size company and ____type of challenges. When the same name started to surface at that person was busy producing at company X and still aware of the environment - I had a winner - every time! There were other common traits: you named them above! I learned in my executive recruiting days that everyone has a brand. The question is, do you know yours? and have you created Evangelist.
