ennifer M. Reecy serves as the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) at N2Growth. Through a diverse career path, Jennifer brings a depth of leadership, coaching, and consulting experience in multiple education, government, tribal, privately owned and publicly traded businesses and industries.
Jenn is a dynamic trailblazer who quickly builds trust and instills confidence. Prior to joining the N2Growth team, Jennifer created and was the Executive Director of the South Dakota Leadership Academy (SDLA). As a proven-process for sharpening the character and competence of leaders, the Leadership Academy was widely recognized as an innovative practice for twenty-first century leader success. She also served as the Chief Strategy Officer for Shipley Communications, responsible for assisting the CEO with creating, challenging, clearly communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives.
Proudly, Jenn serves her state and country as a Chief Master Sergeant for Headquarters in the South Dakota Air National Guard. She has led multiple national initiatives designed to maximize talent and create a culture of diversity and inclusion. She has been honored for her distinguished achievements as a catalyst for driving increased performance, producing high-impact results, and a focus on long-lasting culture change.
Jennifer instinctively engages partners through a unique blend of consulting and coaching. She is most sought after for her relentless commitment, vibrant energy, and trusted knowledge in designing and delivering powerful leader development solutions. Her spirit is contagious – whether as a keynote speaker, as a team facilitator or coaching one-on-one, Jenn instantly brings life to all pursuits!
Her past experiences and education serve her clients well. Jennifer holds a B.S. degree in Education, with several endorsements and a Master’s Degree in Leadership. She is currently pursuing an Educational Doctorate Degree in Adult and Higher Education from the University of South Dakota. Jenn has also completed extensive training as an educator, leader and coach; holding multiple industry-leading certifications.
Jenn’s expertise has been shared with an extensive group of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, EMCOR Group, Inc., and Northwestern Corp.
Jennifer and her husband have three beautiful children and live in the Heartland of America. Together, they celebrate in building one another up through the belief of “to whom much is given, much is required”.
