K

erem Kadakal is a senior partner of N2Growth’s Istanbul office, serving Turkey, and neighboring countries. He oversees N2Growth’s activities in the region with particular focus on executive search, organizational design and leadership development for consumer & retail industries.

Kerem is a seasoned professional, specialized in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, customer business development, distributor network & strategic account management, sales capabilities development and management information systems. He has deep hands-on commercial leadership experience with global as well as family businesses, and acted as change agent in all his roles. He likes working with people from diverse backgrounds, enabling him to widen his personal & professional perspective.

Kerem began his career as an ERP consultant in a Germany -based software & systems solution house. He set up the local office in Turkey and successfully completed varying ERP implementation projects. From 1997 to 2008, he worked at Gillette (later P&G) in sales development & training, account management and market planning & strategy roles. He was one of the leaders of AMEE (Africa, Middle East & Eastern Europe) “Strategic Customer Management Program” and took an active role in development & execution in the region. After P&G acquisition, Kerem led the integration of customer business development departments of two companies, including organization design, selection of “best in class team”, distributor consolidation, trade terms and third party services integration.

In P&G, in addition to his commercial management roles, he served as an internal expert on “negotiation and influencing skills”. From 2009 to 2017, during his tenure at Evyap, a regional player in personal care products with strong consumer leadership within selected categories in Turkey, Iraq, Russia and FSU republics, he successfully led important and large scale projects to include establishment of all trade marketing functions and processes in all markets, and go-to market design of Evyap Russia. Finally, as the Sales Director, he oversaw all sales activities in Turkey, with a team of ~400 people, managed a multi-category business with a customer portfolio of 30 distributors, serving ~17.000 stores ranging from groceries to big supermarkets, national & local chains.

He is father of two beautiful young ladies. He likes everything about sea & music, plays “Qanun” and percussion instruments such as cajon, udu drum, bendir. He is a graduate of Istanbul Erkek Lisesi, a top German High School in Turkey, and he holds a BSc degree in Industrial Engineering, and an MA degree in Management, both from Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey.
