Tom Dunn

Tom Dunn is a Senior Director at N2Growth in Philadelphia, PA, working in the firm's Executive Search practice, supporting a range of industries. Tom acts as a trusted adviser to both clients and senior executives on talent management and succession planning in this role. Additionally, Tom works with the management team in business development and the internal strategy of the business. Currently, he is co-leading a digital and software implementation team (N2Vue) to optimize the delivery of N2Growth's talent and leadership solutions.

Prior to joining N2Growth, Tom was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Tom led teams to help clients solve their most challenging financial, management, and organization issues during his tenure. He served several Fortune 500 companies with organizational restructuring, strategy development, operational improvements, and diligence and support for pre and post-merger integrations.

He brings years of experience working with executive teams and boards to define new strategies and deliver better, more sustainable business outcomes. Earlier in his career, Tom was an active duty Infantry Officer in the United States Army. He earned his Bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point as he received a double major in Economics and Spanish. He excelled academically and physically, becoming a four-year distinguished cadet and a three-year letter winner on the Rugby team. While in the Army, Tom served in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. He held several general management positions ranging from leading 47 soldiers to managing resources for tactical combat units. Rising to the rank of Captain, Tom was a Bronze Star Medal recipient and was Ranger, Airborne, and Air Assault qualified.

Tom received an MBA from Harvard Business School and was a double major at West Point with a B.S. in Economics and Spanish. When Tom isn't working, he spends his spare time running and staying active. He is an avid cook and loves to travel. Tom resides in the Philadelphia, PA, area.
