Yang Zhang is an Executive Search Consultant at N2Growth in Singapore. He originates and acquires new clients in their respective practice sectors and maintains long-term relationships with existing clients and candidates. On a retained search basis, Yang utilizes hands-on methodology spanning end-to-end execution of projects flexibly, offering exclusive services to tackle clients' specific constraints.
Yang started his career as a Data Analyst at Bloomberg Singapore Pte. Ltd., a technology company. During his time at Bloomberg, he partnered with various stakeholders; internally, he enhanced the delivery of platinum customer service to clients via collaboration with departments from Engineering to Sales. Externally, he handled clients across the entire finance industry, from academia to industry players, including but not limited to buy-side and sell-side.
Yang is Singaporean and graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering. He also studied the Masters of Science in Quantitative Finance at the Singapore Management University under a Joint degree track with Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) in London. Programming languages-wise, Yang speaks Python, MATLAB, and possesses experience using the Bloomberg Terminal.
