As Director, Executive Recruiting, she was recognized as a top biller and managed assignments across various industries. Kelly earned her Bachelor's degree with a major in Healthcare Management and Policy and a minor in Health Promotion from the University of New Hampshire, graduating as cum laude. Upon graduation, she moved from NH to Atlanta, GA, and began her career in Accounting. After spending five years in various accounting and finance roles, primarily in the healthcare sector, she then decided to use her skillset in accounting as an Executive Recruiter.

Kelly lives in Connecticut with her two children. She stays active in her community and loves to support her children in academics and sports.
