{"id":5316,"date":"2013-11-18T00:09:59","date_gmt":"2013-11-18T00:09:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.n2growth.com\/?p=5316"},"modified":"2023-04-12T17:38:13","modified_gmt":"2023-04-12T21:38:13","slug":"top-10-reasons-diversity-is-good-for-the-boardroom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.n2growth.com\/fr\/top-10-reasons-diversity-is-good-for-the-boardroom\/","title":{"rendered":"Top 10 des raisons pour lesquelles la diversit\u00e9 est bonne pour la salle de conf\u00e9rence"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"h5\">Je travaille pas mal sur les questions de composition, de s\u00e9lection et de succession du conseil d&#039;administration, et voici ce que je peux vous dire\u00a0; <em>la diversit\u00e9 au sein du conseil d&#039;administration est tout simplement une affaire intelligente. <\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Vous ne m&#039;entendrez jamais recommander la diversit\u00e9 uniquement pour le plaisir de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.n2growth.com\/leadership-isnt-about-checking-boxes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cocher une case<\/a>, mais quand la diversit\u00e9 au conseil d&#039;administration offre tant d&#039;avantages au PDG (<em>et \u00e0 toute l&#039;organisation<\/em>) il est tout simplement irresponsable pour les directeurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de ne pas examiner la composition de leur conseil d&#039;administration au microscope. Dans la chronique d&#039;aujourd&#039;hui, je partagerai avec vous les <strong>10 principales raisons pour lesquelles la diversit\u00e9 est bonne pour la salle de conf\u00e9rence.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au fil des ans, j&#039;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 t\u00e9moin d&#039;\u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s tout en ce qui concerne la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des agendas, des motivations et des attentes qui entrent en jeu lorsque <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.n2growth.com\/fr\/services\/executive-search\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">construction d&#039;un tableau<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 ils sont souvent bien intentionn\u00e9s, mais ils ne sont pas tous en bonne sant\u00e9. J&#039;en suis venu \u00e0 la conclusion que de nombreux PDG et comit\u00e9s de nomination se concentrent simplement sur les mauvaises choses pour les mauvaises raisons lorsqu&#039;il s&#039;agit de la composition du conseil d&#039;administration - en particulier lorsqu&#039;il s&#039;agit de la question de la diversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il n&#039;est pas rare que le premier r\u00e9flexe d&#039;un PDG soit de cr\u00e9er un conseil d&#039;administration qui soit beau pour le public, et qui porte \u00e9galement un certain cachet aupr\u00e8s d&#039;\u00e9lecteurs importants \u2013 des objectifs louables mais pas n\u00e9cessairement nobles. Bien para\u00eetre et \u00eatre bien ne sont pas toujours synonymes. Il y a aussi quelques <a href=\"https:\/\/www.n2growth.com\/for-ceos-safe-decisions-arent-always-safe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PDG<\/a> qui consid\u00e9rerait le conseil parfait comme un conseil facile \u00e0 g\u00e9rer, un conseil conforme et un conseil qui ne repousse pas. Le but d&#039;un conseil est de gouverner et non de se conformer. Un bon conseil \u00e9coute, contribue, d\u00e9fie et, si n\u00e9cessaire, repousse.<\/p>\n<p>D&#039;apr\u00e8s mon exp\u00e9rience, j&#039;ai constat\u00e9 que les meilleures planches sont aussi les planches les plus diversifi\u00e9es. Ils peuvent offrir aux PDG une profondeur et une \u00e9tendue de connaissances, de perspectives et d&#039;exp\u00e9rience que les conseils d&#039;administration non diversifi\u00e9s ne peuvent tout simplement pas.
