Na coluna de hoje, compartilho com voc\u00eas o <strong>10 principais raz\u00f5es pelas quais a diversidade \u00e9 boa para a sala de reuni\u00f5es.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ao longo dos anos, testemunhei quase tudo quando se trata da variedade de agendas, motiva\u00e7\u00f5es e expectativas que entram em jogo quando <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.n2growth.com\/pt_pt\/services\/executive-search\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">construindo uma placa<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 muitas vezes podem ser bem-intencionados, mas nem todos s\u00e3o saud\u00e1veis. Cheguei \u00e0 conclus\u00e3o de que muitos CEOs e comit\u00eas de indica\u00e7\u00e3o simplesmente se concentram nas coisas erradas pelas raz\u00f5es erradas quando se trata de composi\u00e7\u00e3o do conselho \u2013 especificamente quando se trata do tema da diversidade.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o \u00e9 incomum que o primeiro instinto de um CEO seja o de criar um conselho que pare\u00e7a bom para o p\u00fablico, e que tamb\u00e9m tenha algum prest\u00edgio junto a p\u00fablicos importantes \u2013 objetivos louv\u00e1veis, mas n\u00e3o necessariamente elevados. Parecer bom e ser bom nem sempre s\u00e3o a mesma coisa. Existem tamb\u00e9m alguns <a href=\"https:\/\/www.n2growth.com\/for-ceos-safe-decisions-arent-always-safe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CEOs<\/a> que veria o conselho perfeito como aquele que \u00e9 f\u00e1cil de gerenciar, um conselho que est\u00e1 em conformidade e que n\u00e3o retrocede. O prop\u00f3sito de um conselho \u00e9 governar n\u00e3o cumprir.
