Lesley Mawhinney

Lesley Mawhinney is an Associate Partner at N2Growth based in South Africa. She has over 27 years of experience in the Executive Search industry across multiple industries, including mining, manufacturing, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals, with extensive experience in the ICT and telco sectors.

Her career spans experience with a specialist boutique executive search firm focused on IT, followed by two international executive search firms and a local “proudly South African” organization, which she helped grow and position in the local search industry. She later joined a large ICT outsourcing group to expand their executive search division.

Lesley has an in-depth understanding of technology and the ICT industry. She has a reputation for delivery and extensive experience across Africa at executive, managerial, and specialist levels.

Born and raised in South Africa, a country of cultural diversity and change, Lesley understands the leadership and diversity requirements of organizations on the continent today. Lesley holds a BSC Hons (Genetics) from the University of the Witwatersrand.
