Roberto Giacometti is the Managing Partner of N2Growth Italy, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm based in Milan. He leads the development of the Italian market, with a focus on C-level, C-1, and board roles, supporting both international groups and established Italian organizations in identifying high-impact leaders. His career combines executive search expertise with strategic human resources and business experience. Roberto partners closely with CEOs, HR leaders, and key stakeholders to understand the objectives and responsibilities of each role, ensuring leadership requirements are fully aligned with corporate strategy, organizational design, and cultural values.

Previously, Roberto spent many years in HR consultancy, including a decade as Founder and Managing Partner of a people search & selection boutique in Italy, specializing in middle and top management recruitment. In this context, he built and led a team of qualified, cohesive professionals, acting as a trusted HR business partner and delivering successful searches. Earlier in his professional journey, Roberto gained 15 years of in-house experience at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, initially serving as HR Director and CFO. He was later promoted to Executive Director of Sales & Marketing, ultimately assuming general management responsibilities before transitioning into HR consulting.
