Irene Davila is an Executive HR Associate at N2Growth, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm. She is based in the Italian office and supports the Italian team in the identification and assessment of executive profiles for C-level, C-1, and senior leadership roles. She works closely with the Italian senior partners throughout all phases of the search process. In her role, Irene contributes to market mapping, candidate sourcing, and the preparation of executive reports, ensuring a structured approach aligned with client expectations.

Previously, Irene worked as a Talent Acquisition & HR Recruiter at Tailor&Fox, a people search and selection boutique in Italy specializing in middle and top management recruitment. In this role, she supported end-to-end recruitment and headhunting processes, working closely with clients to understand hiring needs, organizational structures, and corporate culture. She was actively involved in candidate sourcing and screening through database research, networking, direct search, conducting initial phone screenings, and individual interviews. Throughout the selection process, she ensured continuous communication with both candidates and clients. She also assisted during the final stages of the process, including follow-up activities to facilitate a smooth onboarding.

Irene holds a Master’s degree in Labour Management and Communication for Organizations, which has strongly shaped her analytical mindset and professional approach. This academic background has reinforced her ability to interpret recruitment and executive search as organizational and relational practices closely connected to business strategy, leadership dynamics, and corporate culture. She is a native Italian and Spanish speaker, with advanced proficiency in English.

In her free time, Irene enjoys reading sociological books, playing the guitar, and going to the cinema, which allow her to nurture her intellectual curiosity, express creativity, and spend quality time with friends while maintaining a balanced and reflective approach to life.
