His sector expertise covers insurance, banking, telecommunications, technology startups, and energy, as well as advisory work with academic and healthcare organizations.

Before joining N2Growth, Dimitris was a Partner at Stanton Chase International, where he led C-level assignments and leadership advisory engagements throughout Southeast Europe and the Middle East. Previously, he served as Principal Consultant at InterSearch Middle East, developing senior talent pipelines and organizational solutions for leading clients across the GCC. His executive track record includes founding and leading the digital transformation subsidiary of Piraeus Bank in Romania, senior leadership positions at du Telecom in the UAE, and key roles at Romtelekom, OTE, Allianz, Vodafone, and Shell.

Dimitris holds a degree in Economics and Public Management, and is certified in Six Sigma, ITIL, Operational Excellence, and Strategic Sales Management. He is fluent in Greek, English, and Romanian, and conversational in French.

Driven by a commitment to purpose-driven leadership, Dimitris served as Vice President of AHEPA in the Gulf and actively supports social initiatives for children with disabilities and underserved communities.
