Before joining N2Growth, Holly led marketing for national brands in hospitality, franchising and consumer goods, guiding teams through brand transformations, market expansions, and high-visibility campaigns. Earlier in her career, Holly served as an Account Director for global brands, where she managed complex client relationships and led cross-functional teams. This foundation sharpened her ability to listen deeply, ask the right questions and build trust quickly: skills that now anchor her work in executive search.
