Joelle Valentin is an Executive Search Consultant at N2Growth Executive Search in the Netherlands. Joelle is a British national, educated predominantly in the UK and France, raised in a Dutch-speaking environment. Joelle has a human resources background and a Masters in Personnel and Development.

Joelle started her career by working in the human resources departments of luxury hotels in London, including The Ritz London. She later assumed a leadership role within an International travel company, responsible for the human resources function in the London headquarters and across several units within Europe. In this position, she dealt with complex operational, commercial, and legal matters while being responsible for strategic human resources within the organization.

Before starting Executive Search in The Netherlands, Joelle used her wealth of experience and expertise to set up her own human resources consultancy practice, providing business services to UK and Dutch clients. Joelle has over 20 years of experience in recruitment and, more recently, in Executive search at N2Growth. She is adept in recruiting C-level roles in a variety of industries, such as the energy market, maritime, hospitality, facilities, and software companies. Joelle is passionate about sourcing the best suitable candidate to pair with a mutually-minded client. She finds great satisfaction in placing candidates who excel and directly impact organizations.
