Kim Veltman

Kim Veltman is the Head of EMEAA Research Centre at N2Growth in South Africa and leads the executive search research function for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia providing critical insights for both partners and our clients around the world.

Before joining N2Growth Kim served with the South African Facilities Management Association (SAFMA) on a part-time basis in January 2009 and was for a long time their only employee, Kim founded and oversaw the operations of the Facilities Management Association with thousands of members in South Africa reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

Prior to her time at SAFMA, Kim spent seven years at Common Purpose South Africa, starting as program Co-Ordinator overseeing all administrative requirements of large public programs and ending her time there as a Program Director responsible for the Your Turn program for Grade 9 pupils. Common Purpose is an independent NGO that aims to create better leaders at work and in society, conducting leadership development courses in many parts of the world.

Kim has spent her entire career in the capacity-building and development spheres. Her first job was at the Development Bank of Southern Africa, working in the Human Resource Development Department before moving to the Social Housing Foundation, a capacity-building organization started by the National Department of Housing.
