Ariana is the Web Copywriter and Design Coordinator at N2Growth, where she supports the firm’s digital presence through thoughtful content and user-focused design. In this role, she writes engaging website copy that translates complex executive search and leadership advisory concepts into accessible messaging for senior executive audiences. She works across both content and design to ensure the website reflects N2Growth’s global expertise while also driving meaningful engagement.

Ariana brings a strong background in UX/UI design. Before joining N2Growth, Ariana worked as a User Experience Designer, where she focused on designing for home care agencies. She worked closely with providers to understand their day-to-day challenges and used those insights to shape intuitive digital solutions. Her work supported the development of an AI-powered agency management platform, where she contributed to product strategy, refined user flows, and built design systems that made complex processes easier to use. She also served as a Web and Social Coordinator for a digital publication, where she led a full website redesign to improve usability, SEO, and content navigation while supporting its online presence.

Ariana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media, Web Design and Development from the University of Central Florida, where she built a strong foundation in accessible and user-focused web design. Based in Miami, Florida, Ariana enjoys exploring creative projects, reading, traveling, film photography, and continuing to grow her skills in digital strategy and user experience.
