With a Master’s degree in Mass Communications, Kailyn began her career at a communications research organization, where she helped produce weekly content, collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive marketing materials, and contributed to industry research. She has experience in social media management, crafting targeted content and contributing to digital optimization efforts that increase visibility and engagement. In previous roles, she also contributed to email marketing, analytics tracking, and content development.

Her passion for building meaningful connections and elevating brand storytelling led her to N2Growth, where she plays a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing operations. Based in Florida, Kailyn enjoys reading, traveling, and supporting the arts in her free time.
