Kevin Procopio

Head of AI – New York

Kevin Procopio is the Head of AI at N2Growth. He has more than a decade of experience spanning machine learning research, production software systems, and AI strategy.

He began his career at Charles River Analytics, where he worked as a machine learning engineer and researcher on AI programs for DARPA and the U.S. armed services, serving as technical lead and principal investigator on multiple efforts and leading successful Phase I and Phase II SBIR programs. He later held senior engineering and machine learning roles at Amazon and Meta, where he worked on large-scale production machine learning systems. He has also founded and operated technology businesses and pursued independent research in artificial intelligence, multi-agent systems, and the broader implications of AI.

At N2Growth, Kevin leads the firm’s work on artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on how AI is changing organizations, leadership, and governance.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and Mathematics, and a Master of Science in Engineering in Scientific Computing from the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in New York City.
