Eric W. Stetson

Eric W. Stetson is an Executive in Residence with N2Growth. He is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in talent and team development and leadership training, spanning over 30 years in both military and civilian sectors. He is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel with extensive experience leading and teaching others and developing high-performance teams.

Eric launched his military career after graduating from Lafayette College, leading to a distinguished US Army tenure that lasted from June 1991 until September 2015. While in the military, he completed a master's degree in human resources education at the University of Louisville and attended the Army Command and General Staff College, Ft. Leavenworth, KS. His final assignment was as the Professor of Military Science responsible for the leadership development and training of Army Cadets seeking commissions into the US Army. Eric's deployments took him to Bosnia, Kosovo, Qatar, Iraq, and Afghanistan, where he served in various leadership roles, developing existing leaders and teams or, in some cases, building new teams from scratch.

Transitioning to civilian life, Eric became a certified Ennea International “5 Lens Enneagram” Professional and served as an Executive Faculty Lead for North America at Ennea International. At N2Growth, he utilizes his expertise in leadership education and team performance development. Previously, he was deeply involved in veteran talent and career development, where he coached hundreds of individual professionals, led program execution, and headed recruitment and business development efforts. His expertise includes program management, recruiting, leadership development, team development, and operations management. Eric is known for building rapport with people, working with individuals to help them pursue their full potential, and facilitating group discussions and exercises.

Eric is dedicated to servant leadership and fostering inclusive environments emphasizing belonging, respect, and mutual support. He actively volunteers with the Greater Philadelphia Veterans Network and is an AUSA Penn & Franklin Chapter project director. Living just outside Philadelphia, PA, Eric enjoys a fulfilling personal life with his wife, a licensed clinical social worker, and supports his daughter who is pursuing a career as a high school teacher. An avid outdoorsman, Eric enjoys hiking and hunting, embracing these activities for health and to provide balance in life.
