Tony Morales is the Co-Chairman of N2Growth, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm, and an advisor to world leaders. Recognized by major outlets including the Financial Times and Fortune for his expertise in governance and entrepreneurship, Tony’s clients include multinational corporations such as Accenture and Hyundai; private partnerships such as Deloitte and PwC; hedge funds and quantitative trading firms such as Bridgewater Associates and QuantLab; family enterprises such as Amway and Penske; private equity firms such as Blackstone and Apollo Global Management; nonprofit organizations such as Change.org and America’s Automotive Trust; founder-led businesses such as Atlas Oil and Forever 21; sovereigns such as the Royal Hashemite Court and the Government of Australia; and several emerging startups and prominent family offices.

Tony is also a Lecturer at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, where he teaches succession planning to C-suite and board members through executive education programs. Previously, Tony was a Lecturer in the Undergraduate Division and an Observer-Coach in the Aresty Institute of Executive Education at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Tony is the Chairman of Prepory, a college admissions and career coaching firm, and a board member for other startups and family enterprises.

Earlier in his career, Tony co-founded and exited Academica Virtual Education, a technology-enabled services business, at a $200,000,000+ valuation and was recognized by the United States Department of Commerce with the President’s “E” Award for Exports, the nation’s highest honor for expanding American exports. He was also on the staff of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and the Career Services Office at the University of Pennsylvania.

Tony serves on the boards of Doral College, Resilience Education, and the Somerset Academy Foundation, and has volunteered with the Federal Bureau of Prisons as a counselor and the Miami-Dade Medical Examiner Department as a forensic anthropologist. He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, politics, and economics with a concentration in public policy and governance, a master’s degree in anthropology, and graduate credentials in neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania and is a Registered Professional Archaeologist. Recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 for his accomplishments in education and by Business Insider as one of the leading headhunters in technology, he joined YPO as its youngest-ever member.
