August 1, 2013 – N2Growth, a top leadership development and advisory firm, announced today it named new practice area chairs for its leadership development, and organizational development practices.

The following individuals were named practice chairs:

• Brian Layer, Brigadier General, United States Army (Retired) now serves as chair of N2Growth’s organizational development practice
• John Baldoni, now serves as chair of N2Growth’s leadership development practice

General Layer spent 30 years in the U.S. Army where he retired with the rank of Brigadier General. During his military service, Layer successfully completed several assignments including combat deployments, operational commands, and pentagon assignments. Layer received a B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MBA from Michigan State, an MS in Military Arts and Science from the Army School of Advanced Military Science, and an MS in National Resource Policy from the National Defense University.

John Baldoni is one of the most highly regarded executive coaches in the business. He is the author of 12 books on leadership, with three of those books, Lead With Purpose (2011), Lead Your Boss (2009), and Lead By Example (2008) being selected as best leadership books in their respective years. Baldoni received his Masters degree with honors from the University of Michigan.
