Francisco Larrain is a Managing Partner at N2Growth Executive Search Firm in Santiago, Chile. He is responsible for executive search and leadership advisory for a range of industries in Chile and the Latin American market, focusing on top leaders placing in the best companies for the success of both.

His deep understanding of leadership development from a wide lens, like distributed and transformational leadership, helps him learn with his clients about their individual and team capacity to strengthen their collective efficacy. Francisco serves as an executive searcher, and advisor for performance and team effectiveness, bringing his experience to place top executives in companies where the executive's capabilities will contribute the most.

Prior to N2Growth, Francisco spent 20 years performing in the professional and organizational development of leaders in profit and non-profit institutions. He is also responsible for developing Addval Personas, an HR company that supports processes on payroll and people management services for a wide range of companies and industries.

Francisco earned his Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania, focusing his studies on distributed leadership practices. Before his doctoral studies, he earned an MBA from the Universidad de Los Andes, Chile, and a postgraduate in Philosophy Foundations at the same University. His undergraduate studies as Forestry Engineer complete with a wide range of experiences where leadership development has been a common topic core.

Francisco serves as a Board member at the Cardenal Caro Foundation, a non-profit institution that serves 3500 students in three schools. Francisco is a sports lover, and he enjoys mountain biking with his family and friends. He and his wife have five children and a Beagle dog. Together, they reside in Santiago, Chile.
