PHILADELPHIA, February 1, 2020 — N2Growth, Inc., a global leader in human and organizational performance, announced the appointment of Madeleine Ginsburg as Associate in the Executive Search Practice focusing on Board and C-level search assignments. Ms. Ginsburg will be working out of the Ney York City Office.

Prior to joining N2Growth, she was a Research Associate in the Financial Services Group with Korn Ferry and involved in full-cycle C-Suite and Executive level client engagements including strategic development, candidate generation, and selection. Madeleine graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations and a Business Minor and was a rower on the Women’s Varsity Rowing Team.
