Pilar Muñoz

Pilar Muñoz is a Partner & Head of Research at N2Growth Spain, based in Madrid. She leads N2Growth's research and talent identification department. Pilar is a professional with extensive experience in research and resource acquisition. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Philology and dedicated the early years of her career to teaching.

In 2001, Pilar joined Euromonitor International, a worldwide provider of strategic market research, as In-Country Analyst for Spain, where she developed analysis and market research in various sectors, mainly consumer goods. This professional journey allowed her to acquire data analysis skills and identify emerging trends. Pilar joined Blacksmith in 2005; a Spanish executive search firm focused on the financial industry and professional services highly respected and renowned in Europe and Latin America; Pilar participates in all kinds of searches, especially senior profiles such as CEOs, Private & Investment Bankers, Global Heads of Sales in Capital Markets, Asset Management, Compliance, etcetera.

Pilar’s passion for detail and her expertise in assessing the skills and competencies of candidates enable Pilar to achieve successful results in the talent identification process. At this point, Pilar combines her position as Head of Research at N2Growth Spain with that of COO. Within this position, she not only manages the internal operations and reporting processes but also plays a vital role in developing and implementing new strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of the services offered by the company. During her spare time, Pilar loves spending time with family and friends, and she has a passion for travel, wine, and yoga.
