Rebecca Pitsika is the Managing Partner at N2Growth Greece, leading the firm's executive search and leadership advisory operations in Athens. With 25+ years in Human Resources, she has held senior roles at well-known multinational companies including Ericsson, Laiki Bank, and Manpower. In 2007, she founded People for Business, a top strategic human resources solutions firm. Rebecca was awarded the "2012 Best Young Entrepreneur for Greece" by Sir Stelios Haji Ioannou, has been included multiple times in the Fortune List for Most Powerful Women in Greece, and participated in the International Visitors Leadership Program by the U.S. State Department. In 2022, she co-founded Iversa, an HR AI company, before joining N2Growth.
