He began his career as a Change Manager at Getronics Business Management Group, where he contributed to major transformation initiatives, including the introduction of the Euro across large-scale business operations in the Banking sector. He later transitioned into executive recruitment and talent acquisition, building a strong track record in identifying and placing high-impact leadership and specialists.

Prior to joining N2Growth, Cees Jan served as Executive Search Recruiter at Forvis Mazars and previously as Tech Lead Recruiter at PwC Netherlands, where he specialized in cybersecurity and technology leadership recruitment.

Cees Jan holds an MBA in International Management from European University, following his transfer from Louisiana State University during his senior year. During his time at LSU, he was a member of the NCAA Championship Track & Field team.
