Peter Rottenbucher

Peter Rottenbucher is the Senior Director of Operations at N2Growth, located in New York. He oversees both Sales Operations and Business Operations, as well as Knowledge Management functions at the firm. Before working in operations, Peter served as an executive search consultant at N2Growth. His recruitment work spanned a variety of C-suite functions, industries, and company types and sizes, from engineering leaders for Chinese heavy manufacturing firms to commercial leaders for Australian agricultural groups.

Prior to joining N2Growth, he led the Supply Chain Management & Procurement recruitment team with a boutique, retained executive search firm in Tokyo called Boyd & Moore Executive Search. BMES is one of the premier Japanese search firms and has since been integrated into TechnoPro Holdings, a major Japanese organization.

Peter earned his dual bachelor’s degree in Spanish and History from Marist College. After graduation, he spent five years teaching English and tutoring Spanish between Korea, Thailand, and Japan before launching a career in executive search. He’s also since completed his MBA from the same college, which leverages in the Operations role today. Peter has a passion for travel, language, food, and learning.
