Waleed Al Ahmadi

Waleed Al Ahmadi serves as Managing Partner at N2Growth in Saudi Arabia. He is responsible for the firm's operations in the region. Waleed brings deep expertise in executive search, human resources transformations, organizational design, executive coaching, leadership development, communications, executive assessment, and talent management. He is also a certified AIM instructor and has experience with different Change Management and HR methodologies.

Before N2Growth, Waleed worked as Managing Director for a consulting firm, successfully coached and counseled organizations in various industries throughout Saudi Arabia, and specialized in compliance with international business standards and protocols. When he was a member of Al Jaber Holding NRC and Head of Al Jaber Financing NRC, Waleed was the Human Resources Director and was responsible for recommending, interviewing, and selecting executive leadership roles based on SAMA's specifications and the organizational strategy requirements.
