Adrianne Schulz

Adrianne Schulz is an Executive in Residence at N2Growth. She is a strategic, dedicated Performance Coach & Executive with more than 20 years of experience influencing measurable organizational growth through integrated leadership, communications, advocacy strategy, and business development. She possesses a robust ability to shape high-performing (direct and indirect) teams and their ways of working for C-level executives within the private, military, and public sectors.

Adrianne is an experienced public speaker and leadership instructor with strong interpersonal skills to achieve effective cross-functional engagement and stakeholder influence. Her coaching and leadership style recognizes the potential in people and ideas, sets and communicates a vision, and manages with a focus on continuous learning, process improvement, and results. She is committed to steering professional improvement, increasing profitability, productivity, and operational excellence.

Adrianne is currently serving in an active-duty role as a Senior Enlisted Advisor within the Vermont Air National Guard. She advises commanders on personnel matters related to the utilization, mission effectiveness, training, readiness, personal and professional development, and morale. She supervises over 360 personnel assigned to six diverse squadrons who execute the installation’s combat support, logistics, and service activities for 1000 military, civilian and contractor personnel. Additionally, Adrianne coordinates with state and national level leaders about the employment and sustainment of F-35 Combat Operations in support of national defense operations.

Adrianne holds multiple certifications from prestigious institutions such as the Darden School of Executive Education, the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, and Leadership Champlain. She devotes time, talent, and treasure to causes she cares deeply about, such as the AFS International Student Exchange, where she serves as a host and student and family liaison.
