Chris Fryer

Chris Fryer is a senior Partner at N2Growth and is located in Naples, FL. He brings over 30 years of executive search and recruiting experience to his clients in the Industrial, Manufacturing, Medical Device, Healthcare and Financial Services industries. He brings many attributes to his clients, including the dedication and discipline he learned as a Partner for two different Top-10 Global Search Firms, as well as his collaborative nature and passion for delivering quality results. Chris enjoys being able to serve his clients without the extensive off-limits, candidate blockage, and extra administrative fees that other large search firms have to navigate.

Prior to his experience at an external search firm, Chris was an in-house vice president of executive search for two Fortune 500 companies and led national teams of up to 50 FTEs. Being on the “inside” has helped him understand what clients really need to attract the best leadership talent.

Chris graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Minnesota. He has lived in the Midwest as well as both coasts and has a truly national scope in his search practice.

Chris has executed many searches from C-level down to select strategic VP positions in a number of general management and functional disciplines, including – Board, CEO, CFO, COO, Business Unit President, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Growth Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, General Counsel, SVP-Global Operations/Supply Chain, Vice President-Sales and other key leadership roles. He has been recognized formally on several occasions for receiving high client satisfaction feedback and has served as an industry speaker and frequent panel member.
