Joe provides experienced interim executive solutions to manage transitions, MBOs, IPOs, mergers, and acquisitions. His specialty is developing, managing, and driving local, regional and global supply chain logistics operations to deliver high-performing outcomes to both internal & external stakeholders. Joe has built his professional business experience in various industries, including automotive distribution, steel fabrication & industrial/construction sectors. His international business career accelerated in the fast-moving world of semiconductors. He was operating in 12 countries, spanning Southeast Asia, China, Europe, Morocco, and United States.

In 2014, Joe founded ESP Consult, a Singapore-based consultancy focusing on Transformational Management. "Shaping the right business culture is fundamental to attaining successful outcomes. Joe believes leaders must recognize that it is not just about culture but about the attitudes and behaviors that form an organization's cultural identity.
