Luisa Martínez Abásolo

Luisa Martínez Abásolo is a Partner at N2Growth in Madrid, Spain, and she has over 20 years of experience in corporate management of HR and General Services, Organization and Processes, Risk Prevention, Sustainability in Retail, Pharmaceuticals & Health, and Logistics industry sectors. She has also been Vice President of the Quironsalud Foundation, Trustee of the Vithas Foundation, and member of the Board of Directors of Policlínica Guipúzcoa. Luisa has modernized HR processes through digitalization, creating corporate universities, managing employee experience, and transforming structures and organizations. She has participated in major mergers and acquisitions, notably Quironsalud, Fresenius-Helios, the largest hospital group in Spain, and part of the German company, Fresenius-Helios, the largest hospital group in Europe. She is an Expert in assessments, succession plans, compensation, and benefits, and she has also led the sustainability area in the main Spanish healthcare groups.

Luisa started her career in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector (Rhone Poulenc). She was HR Director for Southern Europe at Burger King Corporation. For the next ten years, she worked in industrial and logistics companies, headed the area at ABM-Hagemeyer (now Rexel), then held an international position as HR and Communication Director at LM Windpower, now GE Renewables for Europe and India. Luisa later joined Imtech, a Dutch international services and engineering company. In the following years, she has been Corporate Director of HR, Organization, and Sustainability of the two main Spanish private healthcare groups, Quironsalud and Vithas as a member of both companies of the Management Committee.

She holds a degree in Political Science and Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master's Degree in HR Management from ESDEN and a Senior Management Program from the Instituto de Empresa, several Higher Programs in Healthcare Management from ESADE and IESE and the Higher Program in Digitalization and HR from The Valley Business Digital School, as well as the Certificate for professional advisors from the IC-A, Instituto de Consejeros y Administradores de España and is a member of the same. She collaborates as a professor in the Master of Innovation and Public-Private Collaboration in Healthcare Institutions at IE (Instituto de Empresa).
