Ryan Stephens is a Managing Consultant at N2Growth based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He consults with clients to uncover their talent needs and serves as an advisor, helping businesses plan and execute search and talent strategies to place critical roles. Ryan brings 15+ years of experience placing hundreds of C-suite and executive-level professionals across various industries and geographies.

Prior to N2Growth, Ryan spent nine years in search, business development, and client management roles for two top-tier national and global retained search firms, where he led the development and expansion of industrial and technology search practices. Ryan brings search experience and expertise across technology, professional services, industrial, manufacturing, aerospace & defense, oil & gas, telecommunications, food & beverage, and state and local government.

Ryan earned his bachelor's degree from Southern Nazarene University in Organizational Leadership. When Ryan isn't working, he spends his spare time with his active family, serving in ministry, playing basketball or golf, or trying out a new recipe on the smoker or grill. Ryan and his wife have seven children and two dogs and reside in the Oklahoma City area.
