Teodora Ćosić

Teodora Ćosić is the Managing Partner in N2Growth Executive Search in Serbia. She oversees the Southeast Europe (SEE) region from Belgrade. Teodora specializes in executive recruiting and is very skilled in building teams and implementing creative recruitment solutions across industries. She supports the hiring needs of clients ranging from mid-sized family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies, covering placements of top-tier executives and mid-level management.

Before running her own boutique executive search firm, Teodora acquired considerable experience in public sector consulting in business development for leading consulting companies in executing complex technical assistance projects for international financial institutions, including the European Union, World Bank, EBRD, and EIB. She spent considerable time working in emerging markets and developing economies in Central Eastern Europe (CEE), Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the Caucasus, Central, and East Asia, the Middle East, and Africa (MEA).

As a professional in the executive recruiting industry, Teodora is a skilled communicator with a passion for organizational structure within business architecture. With her consulting experience that has included a wide range of clients in the public and private sector and startups and nonprofits, she can bring a unique perspective to tackle the most challenging and complex projects. She combines a holistic and collaborative approach to help clients achieve desired results and deliver lasting business solutions. Teodora holds an MA degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philology. She enjoys gardening, literature, theatre, gaming, and contemporary visual arts. As a fan of individual sports, she used to practice fencing, but in recent years developed a passion for yoga as a perfect way of de-stressing, grounding, and bettering focus.
