Areti Saiti is a Senior Partner at N2Growth Executive Search in Greece, based in Athens. She has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the banking, financial services, and public sectors. Areti’s seasoned strategic, managerial, commercial, and business development expertise generated a track record of sustainable value creation and business successes in all corporations she worked with.

Before N2Growth, she worked as a Technical Consultant in the public sector, primarily focusing on spending reviews. As a banker for most of her career (15 years+ in major Greek Banks), she offered business-building solutions and services to her clients, leveraging on her deep understanding of bespoke clients’ requirements and needs. She worked closely with executives to develop Bank’s commercial and retail network strategies and HR support plans.

As part of her roles’ responsibilities, Areti worked vigorously, employing best practices, in developing organizational structures and people skillsets to support business growth. Areti started her career as a software analyst and developer of solutions, primarily targeting the financial services sector. This professional start provided her with an in-depth understanding of the commercial needs of the financial services sector. It also clarified to her that any business focus should always relate to people and their professional needs and goals.

She holds an MSc in Finance and Banking from the Athens University of Economics and Business, a BSc in Applied Economics from the University of Plymouth, and a Diploma in Public Relations from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
