Benish Khan

Benish Khan is a Senior Associate at N2Growth located in Toronto, ON. With an international background, she adds to N2Growth’s success story by consulting with internal stakeholders to uncover our client’s talent needs and serves as a consultant leading end to end search assignments. Benish brings years of experience successfully placing dozens of C-suite executives, including Chief Financial Officers, Chief Executive Officers, and Chief Marketing Officers enabling positive business outcomes for our clients.

Prior to N2Growth, Benish worked for a US-based retained search firm in Toronto, where she supported senior partners within the CPG, Life Sciences, Media & Technology industry verticals. Before moving to Canada in 2015 she lived in Dubai for 33 years where she gained significant HR experience in Talent Acquisition within a corporate recruiting role and as an HR Advisor at one of the global leaders in Oilfield services. At Petrofac, she was responsible for cross-functional excellence within the performance, employee relations, and culture-building initiatives. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Project coordinator at HSBC.

Benish earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Champlain College, Vermont USA, with a specialization in HR & Marketing. She is fluent in English & Urdu. Benish is passionate about innovation & growth and is committed to supporting DE&I initiatives globally. Benish and her husband have two sons, together they reside in Toronto, Canada where they like to enjoy outdoor activities around all four seasons throughout the year.
