James Rathakrishna

​​​James Rathakrishna is a Director in the N2growth Executive Search practice in Southeast Asia. Before joining the firm, James worked with JC Investment and Consultancy Ltd as an Industry Consultant. James's expertise in research and consultancy helps both public and private bodies cope with today's investment, acquisition, Change Management & Training Development, and venture exercise problems.

James worked for more than 20 years at several international companies, starting his career in aerospace engineering in the USA, specializing in MRO and Aviation. He worked in several local manufacturing and technology companies in Operations Management, Human Resources, and Training and Development Leadership.

James' strength is in consultancy, working with a wide variety of corporate leadership, site leadership, site associates, outside vendors, and contractors to improve safety, Quality, Production Efficiency, Costs, and Loss Reduction. He holds multiple qualifications and certifications as a Six Sigma and Lean Black Belt, in Lean Manufacturing (TPS, TPM, TQM, COQ Systems), Kaizen, Green Mark (FM/SM), IPSCMI, PVOL202, ISO900x,1400/AS9000/OSHA1800 and HRM Training and Development.

James has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) from the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, USA, and from ERAU a Master of Science in Technical Management (MBA) and Aerospace Engineering. He is currently pursuing his DEA in his field of studies.
