Kelli is passionate about her clients’ and candidates’ experiences, serving as a trusted advisor for them both.

Kelli’s diverse background enables her to serve a wide client base. She built her career in business development and leadership roles within travel & transportation, insurance, and technology services. She worked with clients across industries from aerospace to oil & gas. Before joining N2Growth, Kelli held a senior sales role with Globe Life, a top insurance organization in the United States.

Kelli brings an entrepreneurial spirit to her search work. She co-founded Mode3 Solutions, a business strategy and consumer experience firm providing clients with solutions that helped them explore and launch new lines of business. The firm specialized in simplifying complex problems, leveraging market-fit testing, quantitative, and qualitative research to evaluate opportunities for business diversification, revenue growth, and process optimization. This experience is especially valuable in executive search when connecting business strategy to talent solutions.

Kelli holds bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Interpersonal Communication from the University of Kansas. She has also held panel, committee, and board of director seats for various non-profits focused on child welfare and advocacy. She enjoys cooking, reading, cheering on three amazing future professional baseball boys, and exploring the outdoors with her family.
