Paloma Segrelles

Paloma Segrelles serves as a member of the Board at Herbalife EMEA (NYSE: HLF) and Chairwoman of the N2Growth Iberia Advisory Board. Before joining N2Growth, Paloma developed 20 years of national and international experience in business management. Entrepreneurial and results-oriented, her responsibilities included the management of sales teams of up to 2,100 people in Spain and LATAM.

Paloma is Vice President of Club Siglo XXI Forum, a prestigious Spanish cultural association known for organizing debates, conferences, forums, and luncheons or dinners with political, business and cultural leaders of Spanish social life. Being part of the Discussion Committees of Club Siglo XXI Forum for 20 years has made Paloma an expert in institutional, governmental and media relations.

In 2011, Paloma received the recognition of the National Award for Women Directors. She has a degree in Law from CUNEF (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) and studied at Mary Mount International School in the United Kingdom. Paloma has received complementary training in Digitalization and internationalization of business activity, Coaching Think Tank, long-term sustainability and environmental impact protection. Paloma speaks fluent English, French, Italian, and Spanish.

Meeting quarterly, the board will provide strategic direction, access to a high-quality network, and non-biased information. Its informal nature gives greater flexibility in structure and management compared to the board of directors. Unlike the board of directors, the advisory board does not have the authority to vote on corporate matters or bear legal fiduciary responsibilities.
